We seek acquisitions of assets in which the current owner has reached the end of his/her hold period and the asset requires additional work to reach stabilization.
Examples include:
A- and B apartment buildings that require interior and exterior upgrades
Office or flex office buildings and neighborhood retail that requires additional leasing and/or require capital upgrades
